Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to visually describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot your business model. The original tool is published by Strategyzer and you can register on their site for additional free resources and training video.

There are lots of variations of canvases including ones specific to value proposition, testing business experiments and also lean business processes. With so many options available it can be good to play with alternate versions and find the one that works for your business. A simple google search will bring up many options for you to explore.
